After connecting Stays listings to Booking, you will be able to change some configurations on the [Channel Managers Dashboard > Booking.com > Listings].

Location settings (property)
These actions are related to your property on Booking and have effect in all units of the address.
In this section, you can do the following actions:
Open/Close Calendar | It changes the status of the location to [Open] or [Closed], which allows or disallows new reservations. |
View building | It shows the listing's page for you to verify the registered content, amenities and other important information. |
View building preview | It shows you the registered property preview on the Booking extranet. |
Sync policies | It sends your cancellation policies, children policy, security deposit charge policy, your default arrivals and departures time and other services and amenities offered by the establishment (e.g. internet, parking, pets, etc.). This button changes listings that are already open for reservations on Booking. |
Sync main info | Besides the items above, it is also possible to send the title and amenities of the location and revalidates the data of your Booking account. This option is only indicated if your listing is not open for reservations on Booking. |
Sync extra info | It updates your security deposit charging without involving other policies of your establishment. |
Sync house rules | It sends details about the house rules, such as smoking policy, events & parties and quiet time. |
Sync rates for mobile | It updates your mobile special rates. |
Sync photos | It sends the photos registered on Stays to your Booking listing. The photos created directly in the Booking extranet will be deleted of the listing with this action - it is also needed to be in the Stays listing. If the [Smart ordering] is a feature activated on the Booking extranet, the order of photos will be managed by the channel. |
Sync check-in options | It forces the sending of your listings check-in instructions to your Booking guests. |
Disconnect | It interrupts data transmission between Booking and Stays for this location (property), however your listing remains open for reservations on the platform. In order to not receive reservations, you must unlink our channel manager on Booking extranet. If you do not unlink the listing, you will not be able to manage it directly from the channel extranet. |
By default, when integrating your listings to Stays.net all these contents are updated during the connection. To keep your previous Booking pre-connection listing content with Stays, it is necessary to indicate in the Booking channel manager configurations within Stays.
Listings or unit settings
There is also an additional option per listing, such as each hotel room, each flat apartment or each condominium house. To do this, just click on the options icon next to the room name, such as the example below:
You will be able to do the following actions:
Information | List your rate plans connected to Booking and the connection status with the channel. |
Update room | It allows changing the type of unit and sending your prices, rates and main information such as cancellation policy and amenities. Select what you want and click on [Update]. |
Deactivate room | It blocks all available dates from your calendar on Booking and the unit's commercial status will be “closed and unavailable for reservations” on the channel. We recommend doing this only for emergency cases where you want to avoid the arrival of new reservations. |
Disconnect room | Interrupts the link between Stays and Booking for this room. |
