The ideal is that they should be the first products to be commercialized and offered, so your team can generate only the listings of this type from the Owners partnership regime filter, as the example below in the Offers & Promotions > Reservation offers screen.
These filters are located in the More Filters area of the search bar of the screens about reserbvation and calendars routines.

In addition to this filter, you will be able to place these listings as top priority for searches on the website, which will always make them appear as first options in guest searches, in case they are available for the period!
