Cielo is a Brazilian company and currently only operates in Brazil.

You can cancel transactions made through Cielo directly in Stays, as long as you're using the Cielo WebService 3.0 integration.

Important: Cancellation is only available for the most recent transaction recorded in the reservation.

For example, if reservation XX01A received a Cielo transaction today and another last week, only the most recent transaction (today's) can be canceled.

To cancel a Cielo transaction via Stays, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to [Reservation Center > Find reservation] menu;
  2. Select the reservation and click on [Details];
  3. Go to [Total amount > details];
  4. Click on [Cancel and refund].


This feature is available to System administrator and Director users.
