Cielo is a Brazilian company and currently only operates in Brazil.
Just like other Payment Channels, the easiest and most user-friendly way to check your transactions across channels is via Cielo portal. However, as an alternative, Stays also has a location that records the history of your transactions made through the website or typed sales.
In case you got the full version of the system, just follow the steps below:
- Access [Finance > Others > Payment logs];
- On the left side, select the dates of your search;
- Then, select [Cielo] - or the name you put when configure the channel;
- Click on [Search] to find the information.
About the image above, it's important to pay attention to the following columns.
Column | What is it for? | Details |
Action | In the case of Cielo, the only possible action is called do_payment and is triggered from the moment the guest clicks to pay for the reservation using Cielo. | When the transaction is completed, the entry will be automatically added to the Cielo reservation page. Learn more. |
Transaction ID | This is the technical identification of the transaction processed in the Channel. It's extremely important for technical tracking. The correct way to display the transaction ID in the dashboard for future reference is for processed transactions, even if not approved. | If your transaction fails, a red message will appear indicating the reason. For more information about the reason, you can check the number provided by Cielo (e.g., 158) and find more information at the link. Learn more. |
