When accessing the configuration screen of the Stays.net compatible Sales Channels, it is possible to select what is the status of the Reservation when imported from the Channel to your Stays.net Calendar, like the example below:
To use the feature presented in the article, you need to check the [Pre-reservation] option in the configuration above.
If you are setting Airbnb or works with pre-payments on Booking.com, we recommend not to do this or to have a different content without charging the guest!
To enable sending pre-reservation emails, simply follow the steps below:
- Access the [Channel Manager > the channel you want] menu;
- Go to the [Configuration] tab;
- Find the [Email Communication] option;
- In the option [Do you want to send a pre-reservation message to the guest when the reservation is imported?], mark [Yes];
- Save the changes.
