In addition to the more traditional emails in the routine of hosting facilities, Stays.net has some auxiliary email templates that aim to help in the relationship with users, guests and owners, as well as in information security.

Check out the email templates aimed at routine users below:

User email template library

Welcome message for new users

To edit the content of the original email or request for support about triggering these messages, use the guest user welcome message template in your template library.

For registrations made via its website, Stays.net will automatically send a message to the user with access credentials to the platform and additional content.

This email is editable, but care must be taken not to remove the part that generates the user's credentials:

For more information about the guest registration flow on your website, see the material below:

Welcome message for owners

To edit the content of the original email or request for support about triggering these messages, use the owner user welcome message template in your template library.

In addition to guest registration on the site, when you enable owners in your user database, Stays.net will send the recipient a welcome message with access credentials.

The content of the default email is very simple and serves only to show the credentials, however it is possible to edit and add more information about your company such as guidelines on the Extranet or other materials you wish, just do not remove the part about the credentials:

Remember that registration of owners is only done manually by your team.
This gives you complete control over when and what owners can see on the Owners Extranet!

Two Factor Verification Code

To edit the content of the original email or request for support about triggering these messages, use the user - two factor verif. code template in your template library.

An information security process available to users is two-factor verification to access the system and when users request validation by email, Stays.net will send a validation code, as if it were a token.

The email is very simple and only brings the verification code, according to the template below:

Two-factor verification is a good information security practice, so be sure enable yours!

Warning about failed login attempts

This email is not editable, so to ask for support about triggering these messages, use the template user login attempt failure to indicate to our analysts.

As a security procedure, if you have repeated unsuccessful attempts to login to an account, Stays.net will send an email notifying the user of this.

The message shows the date the attempt was made and the IP address through which the attempt was made, as in the example below:

Password restore message

This email is not editable, so to ask for support about triggering these messages, use the template user restore password to indicate to our analysts.

For cases in which users access the site and choose the "I forgot my password" option or that your team initiates a password restoration process from the registration of a guest or owner, Stays.net will send an email with a link so that the person can create a new password, according to the template below:

Remember that for security reasons, Stays.net has strict password creation requirements!
