During the connection process with existing listings from Booking with Stays, reviews received until to 14 days before the connection will be imported!

When your guests review their stay on Booking.com on a reservation that has been imported to Stays.net, the review will automatically arrive on your Stays.net and you will have two indications about it:

Indication	Summary	Details
Reservation page	After the guest's departure date, you will have an additional block named [Reviews] where you will be able to see more comments left by the guest, as well as leave feedback for them that will be published in your Booking listing.
[Guest Reviews] menu	In [Reservation Center > Guest Reviews], you will have imported reviews with a blue [Booking.com] tag next to the rating stars.

If your system is of the Super Host plan, only the option to view and manage through the reservation page will be available!
