A good way to convert your unconfirmed reservations coming through the website is to delegate these cases to a member of your reservation center team.
To do this, just follow the steps below:
- Access the [Settings > About Operational Tasks > Reservation] menu;
- Find the [Delegate incomplete website reservations to a reservation agent?] option;
- Click on [Yes];
- Select the reservation agent from the list;
- Save the changes made at the upper right side of the screen.
