A good way to convert your unconfirmed reservations coming through the website is to delegate these cases to a member of your reservation center team.

To do this, just follow the steps below:

  1. Access the [Settings > About Operational Tasks > Reservation] menu;
  2. Find the [Delegate incomplete website reservations to a reservation agent?] option;
  3. Click on [Yes];
  4. Select the reservation agent from the list;
  5. Save the changes made at the upper right side of the screen.
