A good way to convert your Unconfirmed Reservations from the site is to delegate these cases to a member of your Reservations Team.

To do this, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Go to [Catalog> Settings> Reservations Settings];
  2. Locate the option [Assign incomplete reservations made through the website to your staff/agent];
  3. Click [Enable];
  4. Select the Booking Agent from the list;
  5. Save the changes to the bottom left side of the screen.
