With the [Airbnb automatic review] app, you can schedule the sending of reviews for all your reservations on the Stays channel.
The system sends a 5-star review to the guest 5 days after checkout - templates are pre-defined and sent randomly. When necessary, it's possible to deactivate the option within the reservation and evaluate manually.
How to activate the automatic review
- Access your system, click on the side bar menu and go to [App Center];
- Access [Automations > Airbnb automatic review];
- Select [Active] and save.
Was the automatic review not sent?
If the automatic Airbnb review wasn’t sent to the guest, check the following:
- If automatic review on Airbnb was not enabled in the previous step, automatic submission will not occur
- The account is connected to Airbnb in the system
- The automatic review was not manually disabled in the reservation
- At least 5 days have passed since the guest’s checkout
