With the [Airbnb automatic review] app, you can schedule the sending of reviews for all your reservations on the Stays channel.

The system sends a 5-star review to the guest 5 days after checkout - templates are pre-defined and sent randomly. When necessary, it's possible to deactivate the option within the reservation and evaluate manually.

How to activate the automatic review

  1. Access your system, click on the side bar menu and go to [App Center];
  2. Access [Automations > Airbnb automatic review];
  3. Select [Active] and save.

Was the automatic review not sent?

If the automatic Airbnb review wasn’t sent to the guest, check the following:

  1. If automatic review on Airbnb was not enabled in the previous step, automatic submission will not occur
  2. The account is connected to Airbnb in the system
  3. The automatic review was not manually disabled in the reservation
  4. At least 5 days have passed since the guest’s checkout
