When accessing the page of one of your reservations, you can send the guest registration form by email.
To speed up the process, you will have a default message from the Stays.net team that applies to most means of listing, as shown in the example below:
Subject: Listing guest details [listing number] | Check-in day [check-in date]
Hi!
Attached are the guest files of the listing [listing number].
Their stay will be in the period between the days [check-in date] and [checkout date] and the total number of guests is [total number of guests] people.
The guest responsible for the group is the Mr (or Mrs). [full name of the reservation holder].
If you have any questions or emergencies, please contact us by the phone number [your business phone number].
The guests were informed about the rules of coexistence and committed to follow them during their stay.

It is important to mention that you will be able to edit the content manually during the triggering of the email on your reservation page, however, the generated PDF file is not editable!
