By connecting your listings between Stays.net and these channels, the messages left by the guests on your extranet will arrive in this panel and you will be able to manage them normally:
About activating the feature, for Airbnb it is automatic from the moment that your account and listings are linked to Stays.net. For Booking.com, in listings already existing on the channel before the connection with Stays, the connection is automatic and for listings created via Stays.net the activation occurs within a maximum period of 7 days after creating the listing!
Managing the messages received
When accessing the [Messages Central] menu, follow the steps below:
|Filter your conversations||At the top of the screen, it is possible to filter by free text using base information like name and ID of the reservation and it is also possible to filter using more specific conditions, such as accessing archived messages.|
|Select one conversation||On the left side of the page, there is a list of all conversations and, if there are new messages without reply, we will show the number of messages in the green color.|
There is also an indication with the sales channel icon to which the reservation belongs.
|Manage your conversation||In the central part, it is possible to communicate with the guests.|
At the top you have some available actions, such as archiving old conversations for example.
Your reply will be sent instantly to the channels and will appear as answered on the portal.
|See business information about reservation or orders||On the right side of the screen, you will find more business information about the conversation, based on the channel and situation.|
