How to archive chats
When accessing your chat on the messages center, click on the right button of the chat and choose the [Archive] option, according to the example below:
The [Archive] option will only be visible if all messages in the chat are read.
Besides that, Stays automatically archives chats one day after the checkout and chats that are 14 days without any new messages.
How to access archived chats
Messages Center shows only active chats. To find archived chats, click on the filter and select [Archive] the [Status] field:
If the guest sends a message on the archived chat, this chat gets back to the [Active] tab.
