Archiving the conversations

When accessing your a chat on the messages central, just click on the button that shows more options and choose the Archive option, just like in the example below:

The [Archive] option will only be visible if all of the messages in the chat are read.
Besides that, will automatically archive the conversations in which the last message was registered 14 days earlier or more. 

Accessing archived conversations

As default, your Messages Central menu will bring up only the active conversations, so to find the archived conversations you need to access the filter and in the Status field select the Archive option in the search:

If the guest sends a message again in the archived chat, will put it back in the [Active] tab right after the arrival of the new message.
