For reservations made via website or direct sales, the guests will be able to access the reservation page and request the cancellation of the reservation.

Upon doing this action, an email is generated by to the guest - in order to confirm the cancellation request - and for your reservation team in order to notify about the guest's request. 

The message to your team will be sent to registered emails to receive notice about changes in the reservations' status.

To manage the request and proceed with the cancellation of the reservation, just follow the steps below:

  1. Find the reservation code in the email;
  2. Access the reservation page;
  3. Scroll the page to the end;
  4. Access the yellow area and click [Cancel];
  5. Check the [Action requested by the guest] little box;
  6. Confirm the action.

Important: For reservations made through sales channels, you must guide your guest to request cancellation from the channel where they made the reservation!
