On the [My accounting] screen, your owners can check all the expenses during a specific period of time, the expenses indicators and the revenues since the beginning of the partnership.

You can filter the following information by period: 

  • Total of lifetime debits, credits and balance: sum of all forwardings made on the listing. This shows the owner the amount they have received from the partnership;
  • Debits: amounts that will be deducted from the balance of the selected period. Types of debits: posting accounting to be paid under the responsibility of the owner, fee charging per personal use of the listing and amount already paid to generate balance;
  • Credits: eventual postings that generate credits. The basis is what is shown on the Owner's Statement screen;
  • Balance: the result of the selected period cycle. Ideally, the balance should be zero, indicating that all payments have been made.
