Stays.net provides the feature to organize your technical tasks in administrative panels.
Solving the tasks or finalizing those that will not be performed is essential for the organization of these panels and communication with the teammates!
See below how to solve the technical tasks by panel:
|Technical Dashboard||In the [Technical Dashboard], the employee or supervisor responsible for delegating the tasks will be able to solve the task.|
Access [Tasks > Technical Dashboard], click on the little "i" of the desired operational task. On the right side, change the status of the task to [Done].
|All Tasks||In the [All Tasks], just find the desired technical task in the central part of the screen, click to select and follow the same flow indicated above, changing the status of the task to [Done].|
To make the process easier, you can filter the type of task on the left side of the screen.
It is important to mention that during the resolution process it is possible to indicate that the lodging has become dirty and needs to be cleaned and there is also a comment box, where the person will be able to put details about how it was solved or additional notes for internal use.
