When accessing your [All Tasks] you will find a panel with a lot of information and each task will have a lot of indicators to help you — it is possible to expand more details about the task by clicking on it.
See below task indicators:
Check-in and checkout tasks
Check-in and checkout tasks are usually created automatically by the system and are directly related to reservations.
The screen presentation shows whether it is checkout or check-in (#1), the task resolution status (#2), the related reservations code (#3), the internal name of the listing (#4) and the assignee for carrying out the task, if delegated (#5):
The visualization follows the same pattern as the model above, and in tasks created manually the general summary of the task is already presented on the board and there is the name of the assignee for executing the task, in case it has already been delegated.
The highlights are shown in the image below:
Technical tasks are created exclusively manually by users.
The visualization follows the same idea as the cleaning task, therefore in this case it will not have reservations related to the task.
Here is an example below:
Important: The deadline for completing the task is determined based on reservations that have check-ins in the next 7 days. If there are no reservations with check-ins within this period, the system adopts a 7-day standard for performing the property cleaning as the deadline for resolution.
