For greater control of the values referring to the security deposit, we recommend you to print a receipt and ask the signature from your guest in order to avoid future unforeseen.
You can do this in a very simple way! See the steps below:
- Access [Reservation & Bookings > Reception];
- Filter by the desired period in question;
- Find the booking check-out activity (column on the left side of the screen);
- Click on the [Security Deposit Payback] button;
- After loading the document, use [Ctrl + P] to print.
