To transfer ownership of a reservation, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the reservation page;
  2. Find the gray area where the number of guests is and click on the arrow on the right side;
  3. Next to the reservation holder's name, there will be two icons: click on the two arrows icon;
  4. Search for an existing guest or create the guest;
  5. Save the changes made.
If it is a reservatio coming from a channel manager, the ideal is for the guest to make the adjustment through the channel portal, as the information will be synchronized with the system afterwards.
