The reservation page is the location for managing your rentals and there you can make adjustments to your operational, commercial or even marketing routine.

Here are some examples of it:

System reservation notification

By default, the email notification comes with the 5-character reservation code (e.g., FG03E).

To follow this path and access more reservation details, go to the system's top menu, enter the reservation code in the search field, and press enter.

If the reservation comes from a sales channel integrated with Stays, it can be located using the partner's reservation code.

Access the reservations page through reception

To access the reservation's page, go to main menu and then click on [Reservation Center > Reception].

Filter the desired period on the left side of the page, click on [Update] and select the reservation.
