Guidelines for the registration of seasons
For the registration of these prices rules, you will need to enter the information below:
|Name of the rule||It is an internal indication regarding the period in your calendar.|
This will help you find the rules in the registration of the daily rates.
|The most common names used are Low Season and High Season, but it is a free registration field.|
|Duration of the rule||It indicates the effective period of the price rule.|
Remember that the start date of the next season must be the same as the date in which the previous season ends!
|High Season ends on september 15th, so the duration will be until september 16th and the next rule must start also on september 16th.|
|Rate plans||It is your minimum of nights policy for the period and the proportional discounts for guests that stays for longer periods.|
It is necessary to register at least the base rate plan (the one with no discount).
|I accept the minimum of 1 night, but if the guest stays longer than 3 nights, I will give a 10% discount and if the guest stays longer than 7 nights, 20%.|
Register the plans 1 night, 3 nights with a 10% discount and 7 nights with a 20% discount.
