The [Updates] menu reflects part of the changes that Stays receives from Airbnb. When you change reservation and pricing settings directly through the Airbnb app or website, the 2-way-sync API allows Stays to receive these changes and apply them to your system.

For now, 2-way-sync is not available for content updates. It covers:

  • Rate changes (cleaning, service, etc.): if the system price correction is also applied to the rate, the rate will be imported at the lower amount, so that the shipment reaches the correct amount. See more details below, in the daily rate area;
  • General listing early bird/last minute discount;
  • Check-in/checkout times;
  • Weekly/monthly discount;
  • Daily rate: the imported daily rate takes into account the system correction (%). For example, if you change the daily rate to R$100, it arrives at around R$87 at Stays, so it can be corrected and sent again as R$100.

All modifications received are recorded in [Channel Managers > Airbnb > Updates]. Due to the differences between Airbnb and Stays, not all updates can be applied. If this happens, you will receive a notification within the system, and you will also be able to see on the [Applied] column whether it was possible to update or not.
