Notification about new listing reservations

To edit the content of the original email or request for support about triggering these messages, use the owner reservation notification template in your template library.

One of the options available for the relationship with owners is to notify them by email about the creation of new reservations in their listing calendar.

It is possible to configure this so that the trigger is made in pre-reservations and reservations, in confirmed reservations only or leave it without sending an email and this policy can vary per listing!

The default content of the email is very simple and objective, as shown in the example below:

To adjust the automatic triggering of this email notification, the default configuration is done in the [Settings > Email Settings > Owner] menu, in the Pre-Reservations and Confirmed Reservations sections.
Besides, it is possible to configure triggering per listing, from the [Finance > Contract Configuration] tab, in the Information and Communication section.

Notification of cancellation of listing reservations

To edit the content of the original email or request for support about triggering these messages, use the owner reservation cancellation notice template in your template library.

Following the same logic of the item above, Stays.net also has a notification to owners about exclusion of reservations in the listing calendar, which can be both cancellations and exclusions in general.

It is possible to configure automatic triggering for all listings or to inhibit this action, in addition to being able to customize per listing.

Owners Accountability

To edit the content of the original email or request for support about triggering these messages, use the owner accountability template in your template library.

Many users are used to send to owners a PDF statement via email with the income and expenses of the listing to validate the amounts with the owners.
