Before you start your routine of sending reservation offers to your guests, we recommend you some important actions. See below which settings should be aligned:
|Enable domain with verified email||During the domain migration process of your page to Stays.net, one of the steps is to validate your email.|
This is essential so that you can use your company's address as sender of the emails (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you have not done this, you will need to use a Stays.net domain emails address to send your offers via email.
|Set your email template correctly||When sending your offer by email, Stays.net will take the base content from an email template from the database.|
It is essential to check the content of this email, because it will present your offer's link to the guest.
|Add a picture on the reservation agents' profile||When viewing your offer, the guest will be redirected to a page in which the header is an introduction to the items and it has the name and the picture of the reservai agent who sent the offer.|
To set your profile picture, just click on your name next to the upper right side of the screen and access the [My profile] option.
