To set up a booking offer, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the [Offer & Promotions > Booking offers] menu;
  2. Filter the desired period and other options on the left side of the screen;
  3. Click [Update];.
  4. Check the list of results. You can remove or reposition items;
  5. Click [Share link] and select where you want to send your offer to.

Do you have a domain with verified email?During the process of migrating your page's domain to Stays.net, one of the steps is to validate your email.This is essential for you to be able to use an address of your company as the sender of the emails (ex: info@yourbusiness.com).
If you have not gone through this step, you will need to use an email with a Stays.net domain to send your offers by email.

Is your email template set up correctly?Upon sending you offer through email, Stays.net will take the base content from an email template from the database.
Checking the content of this email is essential because it will be the one that will present the link of your offer to the guest.

Do your booking agents have a profile picture?When viewing your offer, the guest will be redirected to a page whose header is an introduction to the items and contains the name and picture of the booking agent who sent it.To adjust the profile picture, just click on your name on the upper right side of the system and access the [Profile] option.-
