The reservation offer allows you to create a personalized list of listings to send to your guests, making the reservation process easier.
What should I do before sending proposals?
We recommend that you check if your domain is set up with a validated email, adjust the email template, and add a photo to your reservation agents' profiles. See how to make each of these settings.
How can I make a reservation proposal?
- Go to the [Offers & Promotions > Reservation offer] menu;
- Filter the period and other options on the left;
- Click on [Update] to see the results;
- Adjust the list: remove, reposition, or sort the listings;
- Choose how to send: WhatsApp, link, or email.
How will the guest see the proposal?
The guest will be directed to your website to view a personalized list of available listings.
How can I adjust the texts on my reservation offer page?
Go to the menu [Website & Template Managers > Edit HTML > Manage templates]. You can edit the content of the offer page on [Template Snippets > Wishlist_Header_Agent].
After doing this in all active languages on your website, the content will appear directly on the proposal page that your guest will access.
