To help with your operational routine, the Stays.net system has a feature that indicates when the guest arrives to check-in. This tool can be used to optimize communication between your team members during the arrival of your clients at reception.

From an action on the [Reception] screen, an indication that the guest has arrived will appear on your operational panel.


Check below what to do and how to view the guest arrival notice:

  1. Access the [Reservation Center > Reception] menu;
  2. Find the desired reservation;
  3. Click on the green [Client Arrived!] button;
  4. Confirm on the next screen.

After performing this action, when accessing the IN/OUT or cleaning dashboard, there will be a "dummy icon" in the corresponding task, indicating the arrival of the client:
