To help with your operational routine, Stays has a feature that indicates when the guest arrives to check in. This tool can be used to optimize communication between your team members during the arrival of your clients at reception. Follow the step below:

  1. Access the [Reservation Center > Reception] menu;
  2. Find the desired reservation;
  3. Click on the green [Client Arrived!] button;
  4. Confirm on the next screen.

After performing this action, when accessing the IN/OUT or cleaning dashboard, there will be a "dummy icon" in the corresponding task, indicating the arrival of the client:
