In establishments where there are larger teams, the cash management tool allows you to manage the inflow and outflow of your company's amounts from "sub-cash-accounts", which generates more control and organization.

Another point is that to receive cash amounts in the reservations, the user must be enabled as a cash account, as without this, there will be no option for cash postings.

How to enable the cash account feature for a user?

The first step is to go to the user page and enable [Finance] responsability. Then, just go to the account configuration panel and create the desired user cash account. Learn more.

Important: The cash tool is visible from the Super Host plan, but as there are no multiple user accounts in these plans, our team already registers the system's master account with this feature by default!
