By using the prices per period configuration model, you can apply changes to your listings` daily rates based on when the guest makes the reservation in relation to his or her arrival date.
Knowing the more common actions
The most common prices changing actions are the early bird and the last minute discount, and in the table below there are more details about each action:
|Early bird Discounts (early booking)||It consists on changing the price for guests who book far in advance.|
Remember that when setting this action, it is important that this is in accordance with your Booking Window Policy!

|Last Minute Discounts||It consists on changing the price for guests who book for dates really close to the arrival date of the reservation.|
Remember that when setting this action, it is important that this is in accordance with your Last Minute Reservation Policy!
|I want to give a 20% discount to guests who book listings 3 days before the arrival date or less, because in this way I avoid gaps on my calendar and use a 100% of my operacional team.|
In the prices per period configuration model, you can give discounts and also increase the prices if you want to.
How to set up the actions in the listings?
When access your listing´s page, go to the [Finance > Pricing Setup] tab, click + Period, choose the Add Dynamic Price Rule option, fill up the information, and save the changes you made:
