Stays allows you to send the guest registration form by email to the listing’s management. This can be done manually or automatically, depending on your operational needs.
Before using either option, you must register the listing management’s email address.
Registering the administration email
The guest registration form will only be sent if a management email address has been registered.
The registration path varies according to the listing type:
- Individual listing
Go to [Listings > select the listing > Distribution > Administration info]. - Listing within a property
Go to [Listings > select the property > Content > Administration info].
Enter the email address that should receive the guest forms and save your changes.
Sending the guest registration form manually
Manual sending allows you to send the form only when necessary, directly from the reservation.
How to send it manually:
Go to the reservation page;
Locate the guest section;
Click the three-dot icon;
Select [Send guest registration];
Review the message content and the recipient’s email address;
Click [Confirm and send].
Automatic sending of the guest registration form
After registering the management email address, you can configure automatic sending so that the guest registration form is emailed for every reservation.
How to configure automatic sending:
Access the main menu and go to: [App Center > Automations > Automatic guest registration submission];
Enable the automation by selecting [Active];
Set how many days before check-in the form should be sent;
Save your changes.
With this setting enabled, Stays will automatically send the guest registration form by email to the management, according to the defined timeframe.
⚠️ Important
The guest registration form is sent exclusively by email.
Registering the management email address is mandatory for both manual and automatic sending.
This feature is already available in Stays and does not require external integrations.
