At Stays, the total amount of a reservation is composed of different items. To ensure organized accounting, it's important to link each of them to your chart of accounts.

Here's how to set up item by item:

1. Daily revenue rate

This is the main setting to generate accounting indicators for your reservation center.

You can set the accounting item by accessing [Settings > Reservations > Invoice], in the [Reservation center and finance] section.

2. Early check-in and late checkout

If you charge fees outside the standard check-in or checkout time, you can link them to an accounting item.

During the fee setting, use the [Accounting records] field to define the relationship with the chart of accounts.

3. Additional fees

Fees such as cleaning or service should also be linked to the chart of accounts.

To do this, go to [Catalog > Auxiliaries > Fee management], edit the desired fee and adjust in [Category > Accounting].

4. Extra services

Services or additional experiences sold with the reservation must be associated with the chart of accounts.

The setting is done in [Catalog > Auxiliaries > Extra services], within the [Select the Category] section, in the [Category] field.
