Before proceeding with the reading of this article, it is important that you are already aware of the following concepts:

Reservations made from your website

By keeping your Pagar.me payment channel with the anti-fraud feature active, in transactions made through your website, the guest will need to fill in some additional information in the online reservation process on the first purchase.

Once this is done, for the next transactions, it will be possible to proceed with the data previously registered.

Credit cards imported through channel manager

In some OTAs, upon receiving the reservation Stays.net will also import your credit card data, so you can proceed with the tokenization with just one click.

However, if you have the anti-fraud feature active in your Pagar.me account, this action will not be possible as the OTAs do not transmit the complete guest information.
In this case, the alternatives would be to seek the necessary personal data with the guest, usually supported by your terms and conditions, or disable the anti-fraud of your Pagar.me account.
