Stays.net has the option to notify owners of the arrival of new reservations in the listing in a different way compared to emails sent to guests.

This will help you communicate about rentals to landlords who help with the operation or just want to stay on top of the entire listing reservation routine.

It is possible to do this in a default way for all listings and it is also possible to customize automatic sending per listing:


What you find in this article


Default setting

To set a default behavior related to reservations' notifications to owners, just go to the [Settings > Email Settings > Owner] menu, in the Pre-Reservations and Confirmed Reservations section, remembering to save the changes on the top right of the screen:


Listing trigger customization

To stimulate the sending of emails according to the listing and your company's relationship with the owners, just go to your listings' page, in the [Finance > Contract Configuration] tab and adjust this in the Information and Communication section, in the fields highlighted below, marking the Individual option and selecting the correct option, remembering to save the changes on the top right side of the screen:


To check what your default policy for all listings is, below the Global option when it is selected, there is a Preview button that shows what is marked in the general system configuration.
