To request cancellation of a reservation through the website, your guest must follow the instructions below:
- Login to my website;
- Access the [My Reservations] menu;
- Find the desired reservation and click [Details];
- Scroll to the bottom and click [cancellation request];
- Click [Proceed]
Important: For reservations made with sales channels (e.g. Booking, Airbnb, Expedia), the cancellation process must be done through the portal of the channel where the reservation was made!
Upon doing this action, the guest will receive an email with the confirmation that the request has been sent and your team will receive a copy to notify about this request.
The final word on the cancellation of the reservation is from the reservation team of the listing, therefore, the guest will have a record by email and on the screen about sending the cancellation request.
