To request cancellation of a booking through the website, your guest must follow the path below:
- Login to my website;
- Access the [My Reservations] menu;
- Find the desired booking and click [Details];
- Scroll to the bottom and click [cancellation request];
- Click [Proceed]
Important: For bookings made in OTAs (e.g. Booking, Airbnb, Expedia), the cancellation process must be done through the portal of the channel where the booking was made!
Upon doing this action, the guest will receive an email with the confirmation that the request has been sent and your team will receive a copy to notify about this request.
The final word on the cancellation of the booking is from the booking team of the lodging, therefore, the guest will have a record by email and on the screen about sending the cancellation request.
