Stays.net has a setting that allows you to send a message to the guest the day before checking out at your listing.
This message is useful for reinforcing instructions on the check-out process, offering an extended stay or anticipating a review request.
To configure the automatic triggering of this message, follow the steps below:
- Access the [Settings > Email Settings > Reservation] menu;
- Scroll down the page to the [Communication with the Guest After the Arrival and Before the Departure] section;
- Check the little box about message before the check-out;
- Save the changes made at the top right side of the page.
By default, Stays.net has a basic content about this routine, however, you can edit it according to your preferences.
