This message is useful to reinforce instructions on the lodging, offer services or give tourist tips about your region.

To configure the automatic triggering of this message, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the [Settings > Email Settings > Reservation] menu;
  2. Scroll down the page to the [Communication with the Guest After the Arrival and Before the Departure] section;
  3. Check the little box about message after check-in;
  4. Save the changes made at the top right side of the page.
