The generation of recurring transactions related to the maintenance of your business should be done through the path below:

  1. Access the [Finance > Payable Accounts] menu;
  2. Click [New Transaction];
  3. Fill in the basic transaction information;
  4. Click on the [Repeat] little box;
  5. Fill in the repetition frequency and the maximum number of occurrences;
  6. Click [Save].

To improve your control experience, be sure to register the relationship of the transaction with the cost center and suppliers, so that you can have more indicators on the account statement screen!
