Stays recommends that vacation rental administrators work with rental agreements with the guest to legally protect themselves from unforeseen events during their stay.
That is why we have in our tool the option to print the Contracts and also send in PDF format.
To issue Rental Agreements to the guests, just follow the steps below:
- Access the reservation's page;
- Scroll down the page on the right side to the [Hosting Invoice] section;
- On the right side of [Hosting Invoice], click on the button to open more options;
- Click on the [Contract] button with the printer icon next to the word;
- Enter the guest's missing information — if needed — and click [Save];
- When you open the document, press Ctrl or Command + P on your keyboard to print.
It is important to mention that the Contract is opened with a "pop-up", so it is possible that your browser blocks the opening of the content. All you have to do is permit the pop-ups on your Stays website, and the process is normalized!
