By default, Stays.net will not automatically create tasks about arrivals and departures, so you must activate the feature if you want to use the tool.

When activating, the process is simple: for each booking generated in the system that is confirmed, Stays.net will create an arrival and departure task for your team.

Tasks will be created as the check-in date approaches, so it is normal that in bookings far in advance you still cannot find the related tasks!
Tasks will be created approximately 14 days prior to the guest's arrival.

To enable the automatic creation of these tasks on your Stays.net, simply follow the path below:

  1. Access the [Settings > About Operational Tasks > Arrivals and Departures] menu;
  2. Find the [Creation of Arrivals and Departures Inspections] section;
  3. In the next field, select the options where you wish for the automatic creation;
  4. Save the changes made at the top right side of the page.

In the example above, we checked the option [Yes] for the configuration per listing, so when accessing the [Cleaning & Maintenance] tab you will have a panel similar to the one below to adjust the configuration per lodging:
