To shorten the inspection of a check-in or checkout activity, after clicking on [Open Checklist], just mark the [Skip Inspection] option at the top of the task page, as shown in the example below.
By doing this, only the base items will be on the screen for you to mark ("quantity of keys" and "paint condition"), which will help you to solve the task faster.
By doing this, only the base items will remain in the screen for you to mark ("quantity of keys" and "painting condition"), which will help you to solve the task quicker.
As it is something that can harm the quality control of your products in the medium term, by default this will be disabled on your Stays.net, therefore, to enable this option in your inspections, you must follow the steps below:
- Access the [Settings > About Operational Tasks > Arrivals and Departures] menu;
- Find the [Policy on Inspection Tasks] section;
- Mark [Yes] to activate the option;
- Save the changes made at the top right side of the screen.
In addition to the options in the screen above, you will be able to choose the policy per listing.

It is important to mention that this feature is useful for occasional cases such as, for example, an inspection with a person close to the owner or some other peculiar situations.
If you are using this because the form with items is large, just review the items you have made mandatory for inspection in the listing inventory.
Now that you know how to skip inspections, how about taking a look at other arrivals and departures items?
