Inventory items can be activated or deactivated on the App Center of your system, on [App Center > Listings Management > Inventory items].
Inventory listings help your team check listings as guests arrive and depart.
Inventory is a Stays solution for internal operational purposes for your team. The only relation with the final guest is that some more relevant items will be displayed on the website listings. For content connection to sales channels, use amenities - learn more.
To add your Stays.net listing inventory, just follow the steps below:
- Access the listing page;
- Go to the [Content] tab and select the [Rooms] section;
- Click on the desired room to add the items;
- On the [Room Inventory] section, click on [+Inventory Items];
- Fill in the information requested on the screen;
- Save the changes.
Important tips:
- Click the [Select] button to add a photo of the item;
- The "include in checklist" option appears to users with the "cleaning tasks" or "check-in and checkout" responsibilities. Learn more.
