To define the user responsible for the relationship with the owners, perform the steps below:

  1. Access the lodging page;
  2. Click on the type of lodging on the left side (ex: Apartment, Double, etc.);
  3. Click on the [Contract Configuration] option;
  4. In the [Owner's Agent] field, open the list and choose one of the users;
  5. Save the changes made at the top right of the screen.

It is worth remembering that users selectable in the field must have the responsable_apartment_user task allocated to them. Other than that, the name does not appear in the field.
