If your account has more than one user, set access permissions for each person.

To make this adjustment, just follow the steps below:

  1. Access the [Users & Guests > Users] menu;
  2. Find the user in the list and click on the "arrow" icon to the right;
  3. Find the [Internal access permissions] section;
  4. In the [Permissions] area, select the desired options;
  5. Save the changes made. 
Important: tasks define a user's acting areas and not access permissions
