For extreme cases where you do not want to request a guest review, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the reservation page;
  2. Go to the reservation's business information area;
    Reference: further down the screen, after the [Listing] section
  3. In the [Auto Review Request] field, click on the key beside.

It is important to mention that the guest can still register the review from the website, however you can define if it will be published or not in your listing.
