Stays.net allows you to work with two types of guest registration cards.
Each type corresponds to a hosting model and before making a decision, here is a summary:

In this model, each member of the reserve will need to fill in a registration card. | In this model, there will be only one registration card that will collect the basic information of all the travelers of the reservation. |
| It is a model often used by hotels and inns and is recommended if you have individual control routines in the stay (e.g. breakfast). | As it is a more flexible model, it is more common in the vacation rental market, as the control is more focused on giving access to the location and sharing it with the listings reception. |
| In this model, you must edit the content of the [national_record] template. | In this model, you must edit the content of the [national_record_group] template. |
To configure which model will be yours, follow the steps below:
- Access [Settings > Guest Settings > Guests Registration Card];
- Find the [Guest Registration Card Layout] section;
- Choose your desired option;
- Save the changes made.
