How can I obtain the available information on the website?

Billing payment and posting are the owner's responsibilities, and during your forwarding routine, the items are created automatically. Stays compiles this informations and displays some of it on the owner's extranet.

How to provide access to owners?

You must enable their user and link them to the listings. 

How can owners access the extranet on my website?

After enabling their users, they must log in on your website. By clicking on their names, some options will appear such as [My accounting], [My listings], [Reservation calendar] and [Confirmed reservations].

Can I restrict some reservation information from the owners?

Yes, you can set the visibility of some reservation information on the owner's extranet. To do that, access [Setting > Owners] into your system.
