By default, your Stays.net will send the messages with the noreply@stays.net sender because your domain has not been migrated yet, however during the domain migration process, it is necessary that you also configure your corporate email.
Just follow the instructions in the topics below in your domain DNS edit panel on your provider:


Create a TXT registration to enter the SPF

In the [Name] field, put your domain.

Regarding the domain, each provider has a shortcut syntax to set that the field receives the domain.
On GoDaddy, for example, you just put "@" in the field and that is enough.
In other cases, the marker may be a "."

In the [Value] field, you must put the value below:

v=spf1 include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all
If you already have an SPF registered, just add the include after the existing code.
Example:

v=spf1 include:yourcurrentspf include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all

Create a TXT registration to insert the DKIM

In the [Name] field, put "mandrill._domainkey".

The [Value] field can be in two ways, and your domain will indicate the best way:

  • Semicolon and backslash:
    v=DKIM1\; k=rsa\; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCrLHiExVd55zd/IQ/J/mRwSRMAocV/hMB3jXwaHH36d9NaVynQFYV8NaWi69c1veUtRzGt7yAioXqLj7Z4TeEUoOLgrKsn8YnckGs9i3B3tVFB+Ch/4mPhXWiNfNdynHWBcPcbJ8kjEQ2U8y78dHZj1YeRXXVvWob2OaKynO8/lQIDAQAB\;
  • Semicolon and no backslash:
    v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCrLHiExVd55zd/IQ/J/mRwSRMAocV/hMB3jXwaHH36d9NaVynQFYV8NaWi69c1veUtRzGt7yAioXqLj7Z4TeEUoOLgrKsn8YnckGs9i3B3tVFB+Ch/4mPhXWiNfNdynHWBcPcbJ8kjEQ2U8y78dHZj1YeRXXVvWob2OaKynO8/lQIDAQAB;

You can pass this information on to our team through the chat of your Stays.net or through the sac@stays.com.br email.


Check your inbox and forward an email to our team

You will receive an email with the subject "Verify your domain for Mandrill".
Forward this email to sac@stays.com.br.

In the body of the email there is a link that must not be clicked!
You should only forward the email to Stays through sac@stays.com.br and our team will complete the action!
