To set the application of your cancellation policy, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the [Settings > Reservation Settings > Cancellation Policy] menu;
  2. Choose the desired behavior (more than one option can be checked);
  3. Set your default cancellation policy;
  4. Save the changes made at the upper right side of the screen.

Hierarchy between policies

  • Default policy
    It will be applied to all the listings of your, if you do not use another policy model on them.
  • Policy by period
    It will be applied to listings when the booking period is part of the configuration.
    It is important to mention that this model is not compatible with the OTAs, it only applies to website and direct sales!
  • Policy by listing
    It is the maximum level of the policies, so by setting a cancellation policy by listing, you will void the others in relation to this product.
